DELIVERY
After payment confirmation, we ship your order on the next business day or on the same day, if payment is confirmed by 12am.
Shipping to Portugal and Mainland Spain is normally delivered within 24 to 72 working hours. Exclusively for the Peninsula, we also have an urgent delivery service (between 8am and 2pm on the next business day), for an additional cost of €4.95 and limited to an order weighing up to 10kg.
For Islands and other countries, we do not guarantee delivery date.
Customs duties and import taxes:
Due to different customs policies and import taxes, Casa Azul has no control over any costs that may be applied when an order arrives in the destination country, and it is not possible to predict the exact value of these fees. If you have any questions, you should contact your local customs office before placing your order to obtain information about customs costs and their applicability.
EXCHANGES
You have a period of 30 days after receiving the order to make any type of exchange.
We offer an exchange service via the MRW carrier. The courier delivers the desired item and at the same time collects the exchange, which must be properly packaged.
This service is only available for Portugal and Mainland Spain, with an additional cost of €14.95.

RETURN
You have a period of 14 days after receipt to return your order in full or in part. You can do this in any of our physical stores or via courier.
Before returning, make sure that the item:
- is complete (if it is a set);
- has not been washed;
- comes in its packaging.
Pack the products and attach the printed electronic receipt. Send it at your own expense to the following address:
