IN WHICH COUNTRIES IS IT POSSIBLE TO BUY ONLINE?

Casa Azul online purchases can be made in Mainland Portugal and Islands, Mainland Spain and the Balearic and Canary Islands, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, the Netherlands, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, the Czech Republic, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Canada and the United States of America. 

ARE THE PRICES FOR THE ONLINE STORE AND MY REGULAR CASA AZUL STORE THE SAME?

Yes. The prices in the online store are exactly the same as in your regular store, except if there is a special online offer with an additional discount. 

WILL I RECEIVE THE SAME PRODUCT AS I SEE IN THE PHOTOGRAPH?

The photographs are taken with high quality in order to reproduce each of the products in detail. You may find differences in products where the raw material itself and its manufacturing process influence the final result, as is the case with artisanal products.

DO I HAVE TO REGISTER TO BE ABLE TO BUY ONLINE?

No, you have the possibility to buy as a guest. However, at casaazul.pt we recommend that you have a user account as it will make purchasing easier by being able to save a history of orders, returns and invoices.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL AN ORDER?
